All direct customers of GotWebHosting.com's hosting services are subject to
the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement. The User Agreement
is a legal contract between GotWebHosting.com and the customer that contains
the rights, duties and obligations of GotWebHosting.com and the customer.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
GotWebHosting.com's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is designed to protect GotWebHosting.com,
its customers and others from illegal, malicious, damaging and inappropriate
behavior by users of GotWebHosting.com's services. All users of GotWebHosting.com's
services are subject to the AUP. The AUP lists activities that are prohibited
on GotWebHosting.com's services, such as hacking and spamming.
Spamming Policy

has a strict anti-spam policy. We have implemented the following policy as a
part of our commitment to reducing spam related activity.
Affiliate Agreement
All affiliates of GotWebHosting.com's hosting services are subject to the terms
and conditions contained in the Affiliate Agreement. The Affiliate Agreement
is a legal contract between GotWebHosting.com and the affiliate that contains
the rights, duties and obligations of GotWebHosting.com and the affiliate.
